Shipping & Handling:

Orders placed Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Pacific Time will usually ship that same day. Orders placed anytime afterward will more than likely be shipped the following business day. Any orders placed on weekends (Friday, 4:00 pm to Monday, 8:00 am) will be shipped out the following Monday.

More Shipping Information:

We ship primarily through UPS, USPS and FedEx. Items will typically begin shipment process the day the order is placed (unless it is after 4:00 pm Pacific Time, or on a weekend). There are instances (depending on the product ordered) where we will arrange for an item to be drop-shipped to you from the manufacturer. These items are shipped when the manufacturer fulfills the order and delivery estimates are calculated when the item is ready for shipment. 


Since we use 3 different shipping carriers, you have a multitude of shipping options to choose from:

Ground Shipping (UPS, FedEx, USPS)
Typically the cheapest option. Shipping is anything between 2-5 business days in the contiguous 48.

Faster (more expensive) methods of shipping:

  • UPS Next Day Air Saver
  • UPS Next Day Air
  • USPS Priority
  • USPS Priority Mail Express
  • FedEx 2 Day
  • FedEx Standard Overnight
  • FedEx Express Saver

Freight insurance is an option that we offer; however, this is dependent on the customer.
if the product ordered exceeds $5,000, we will add and pay for freight insurance before shipment occurs.

Returns:

The product being returned must be in brand new condition (never used) in order for the return to be accepted. The box/package isn't relevant, as long as the product ordered hasn't been used.

No returns on electrical or special order items. There may be a 20% restocking fee imposed on returned items. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and be made within 30 days.
